To get the most out of your membership...

Energy Intensive Sessions are a way to enhance the effect of the Jouls Field. They are virtual sessions that you schedule on your time with complete freedom and flexibility. They can be booked from your membership area and are available with all Jouls plans. To get the most out of your sessions, we suggest 1 to 2 hour sessions at a minimum. Research has shown that the mitochondria are activated at a higher level starting at 2 hours. With this activated energy on a cellular level, achieving your highest alignment is more likely to occur. In the membership area we provide guidelines for getting the most out of these sessions.

Intention setting is another way to optimize the effects of the Jouls Field. Every time you submit an intention to the Field, you strengthen its manifestation power. We suggest...

Yes. We have had the feedback that people want a break. Sometimes after 3 days or already after 20 minutes. The activation can be very strong. We have gotten the feedback that they wanted to go on a run almost immediately or had one of their best meditations and we have had people saying all this energy, it’s nice to fully rest and recover at night and turn it off. Jouls will help you sleep - only if you treat your day correctly, though. We believe the people just fasted too much, or ate too little, or ran too far so they felt like taking a break. We understand that it can be new to have this much energy and then maybe things are overdone. Our background is Chinese Medicine - everything is lived in moderation and it is of utmost importance to not be extreme. So even if there is more energy it doesn’t mean now you should finally run these 10 miles. Just because you can does not mean you should. We don’t treat the body with these extremes so we felt great when we started receiving the energy. You though do whatever you feel like doing and extremes push the world further, push humanity further, create Superhumans. So even here, we embrace it all - life in perfect moderation - you do you and let us know how that went. We would LOVE to hear your experience.

Yes, it is. Some people just don’t feel subtle energy and that is ok. We are all different and it’s time to embrace it. Some people think in colors, some people smell in pictures, and some people just don’t feel or perceive changes. Of course there can be reasons.
